Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Wisy | Wishlist (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Wisy | Wishlist is a web application that allows users to create, manage, and share wishlists. Users can add items to wishlists, share wishlists with others, and allow authenticated users to claim items from shared wishlists.

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • You may create an account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Telegram authentication

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not share your account credentials with others
  • You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent Service limitations

Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through the account settings
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon account deletion, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates others' rights
  • Violate any intellectual property rights

User Content

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you create (wishlists, wishes, etc.)
  • By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service
  • You are solely responsible for the content you create and share

Content Standards

  • Content must be accurate and not misleading
  • Content must not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Content must not contain malicious links or harmful material
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms

Shared Content

  • When you share a wishlist, you grant viewing and claiming permissions to authenticated users
  • You are responsible for the privacy implications of sharing content
  • We are not responsible for how others use information from your shared wishlists

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

  • The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us
  • Our trademarks, logos, and brand names are our property
  • You may not use our intellectual property without our written permission

Your Rights

  • You retain ownership of your user-generated content
  • You grant us a limited license to use your content to provide the Service

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party authentication providers (Google, Telegram). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the Service

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater
